I’m Elizabeth Yeo—entrepreneur, leadership consultant, coach, speaker, and Founder & Principal Consultant

of VCI Consulting. With more than 30 years of leadership experience across multiple industries and 20+ years

of accounting and finance experience, U.S. Navy cryptologic experience, John Maxwell coaching/training/speaking,

Lean/continuous-improvement expertise, ISO 45001/9001, SHRM, Scrum, logistics, change management,

and experience across numerous industries, I bring together leadership development, operational excellence,

change management, continuous improvement, and business strategy to help individuals and

organizations reach their next level.
