I’m Elizabeth Yeo, a U.S. Navy Veteran, entrepreneur, and Founder & Principal Consultant

of VCI Consulting. My work brings together three complementary areas:

protection, wellness, leadership & business development. ​

Helping businesses protect their people and strengthen their employee benefits offerings. 

As an Employee Benefits & Small Business Specialist affiliated with PPLSI, I help business owners, HR professionals,

and decisionmakers explore LegalShield and IDShield voluntary benefits for their employees. 

Personal legal concerns and identity theft issues can create stress, financial uncertainty, and distractions that

follow employees into the workplace. Access to legal assistance and identity protection resources can provide

employees with additional support when navigating life's unexpected challenges. ​

THRIVE —Wellness & Personal Well-Being

Invest in yourself. Make your well-being a priority.

Through my partnership with NEORA, I share wellness and personal-care products with individuals who want

to be more intentional about their health and daily routines. Thriving begins with making thoughtful choices about

how we care for ourselves. My goal is to introduce people to science-backed products that fit their wellness goals.

This partnership also allows me to connect people looking for a healthy community, for opportunities

to build relationships and grow in business.

As Founder & Principal Consultant of VCI Consulting, I bring more than 30 years of leadership experience across

multiple industries, including government, accounting & finance, IT, construction, education, aviation, and nonprofit

organizations. My professional background includes leadership development, operational excellence, process improvement,

change management, strategic planning, and organizational development
